Piano for BIG

I'm doing a production of BIG and we want to rent or buy the giant walking piano. Anyone ever done the show and have an idea where I should start looking? I've tried FAO Schwartz and the ones they sell are not large enough. The set designer and I (props) are willing to make it, but we're trying to find anyone else who has done the show to pick their brain about the piano.
