Problem with LED mini strips

Hello.

I just recently purchased some Chauvet LED mini strips. To my dismay, they periodically "flash" brighter during scenes when they are set at a static color. Has anyone dealt with a similar issue before? I have ordered a DMX terminator for the last unit in hopes that will solve the issue. Any other ideas?
