Production Intercom AD-903

Does anyone own the AD-903 Production Intercom/Two-Way Radio interface? I have the system working, but get terrible (barely legible) sound quality when listening to the intercom system on the walky talky. When listening to the two-way radio on the intercom headset, the quality is fine. Does anyone have any solutions for this?

Have you contacted PI? I've found them to be helpful folks.

We have PI coms at are school and they work AMAZING! We cant live without them...
