Prompt book question

Hi I am taking stage management class and I was wondering now that the class is almost finished . I want to make sure exactly what do you think is most important stuff a prompt book should have ? Have any ideas ?
I'm organizing by tabs and colors !
Any other special stuff to add ??

Somewhere at the front or back a page of important phone numbers including after hour numbers.

Which, if I had to guess given the Dallas, TX location, has questions from a class mate. Also, maybe I'm missing something, but if you're at the end of a stage management class.... shouldn't the class have covered what a prompt book should include? It should be everything a person could need to run a show if you were to get hit by a bus.
