I'm working at a theme park where we keep our plot up for months in the sun, and we loose saturation from UV damage long before the lamps burn through the color.
Has anyone had success protecting color from the sun through any means?
I've thought about experimenting with Rosco #3114: UV Filter to protect it, and was wondering if anyone has already tried it. I have a feeling it probably wouldn't work well because it only blocks 90% of near ultraviolet below 390nm which leaves everything from 10nm to 300nm.
