Control/Dimming Quick Help Please! EOS and R.V.I. configuration quesiton

Hey guys,

We are in the middle of Tech and our stage manager wants her R.V.I. screen independent from the EOS lighting console we have. Right now, our EOS has 2 monitors, one for our cue list and one for our live table. Our stage manager wants to see the sub master page for our cue lights.

The problem is that when the SM pulls her view up from the R.V.I. (and the single monitor) one of the external screens on the EOS also switches to the sub master page. and when our board op switches back to the display he needs, it switches the page on the R.V.I. Is there a way to make the two independent so that our SM and board op are happy?

Sounds like a problem that can be solved by making each device an individual user, can't say for sure without knowing what the initial settings were. I had a similar issue and making the console user 1 and the RVI user 2 solved it.

Thats exactly what it was. The EOS and RVI were initially both user one. I went into desk settings and changed the RVI from user one to user 2.
