RGB Neon Flex

We are looking to purchase a lot of RGB Neon Flex, and by a lot, I mean around 100m. I am looking to do this without having to cut off an arm to pay for it. I have found a company, Kingneonlux, out of China that has rather reasonable pricing. I am, however concerned about what I might end up with if I purchase from them. Has anyone had any experience with them, or does anyone know a good reliable place to Purchase the RGB Neon Flex? Kingneonlux pricing is $22/m for 120v RGB Flex and $85 per DMX controller. Any help would be much appreciated!

If so I'd either go with name brand/US, or order 1 of the Chinese ones off ebay for $20-25 per 5M segment and see if it's any good. This is like $4/meter instead of $22....
