Sending timecode from Ableton to GrandMA on PC

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to send MIDI timecode from ableton live 9 from my Mac to a PC running GrandMA2 on PC. How can I connect these two things together? I think it would be possible but I have no clue what to do.

There is software out there that lets you send MIDI signals of network IP protocols. I usually use ipMIDI (http://www.nerds.de/en/ipmidi.html) which is free on Mac, but costs $ on Windows.
