Control/Dimming Setting the time on ETC Element

I cannot for the life of me figure out how to set the time on the Element console. We just upgraded from the Express, where you could reset the time via the set up page, but the Element does not seem to have the same options, nor can I find it anywhere in the manual. Just to clarify, I am talking about the time of day in the upper right hand corner, not the fade times.

From Setting the time on ION - Electronic Theatre Controls :

You need to Exit Ion and go to Settings>General. It's at the top of the list there.
