Shure's IEM discontinuation/new products

Anybody know what is up with Shure's PSM systems...?

I know they discontinued the 6/700 series, and came out with the 900.
The 400 is useless in the US, so...

that leaves the 200 and 900 series. nothing for the medium class of people???

Something new in store??

The 600 and 700 series bot list as current product lines on the website, whether they are in currently acceptable US frequency territory is a different story...

Rumour has it that the PSM1000 is not far off which will be top of the line...

They better put in network on the 1000's or they will loose a lot of market share to the G3's.

The rumours would suggest that is planned.

What I want to see is someone implement a backlink so that you can monitor the receivers, that, my friends, would be cool...

Or how about implementing RS232 control of the beltpack so it could be integrated to a digi console so the monitor guy can hear it as it sounds, the control being to switch channels on the pack, using something like this supposed revolution of CueMode on the 900s
