Video Squeeze Back through Control Room Switcher

I have a project I'm working on to try and figure out the best way to do it. I need to create a squeeze back through our control room switcher while in the middle of live production. It also needs to be done while doing weather reports on a green screen, using a chroma key. The switcher I'm using is a 1 ME Grass Valley Kayak DD. I've been working on it and seem to have hit a bit of a road block. Does anyone have any suggestions on how I could make this happen? Am I limited by the fact that I only have 1 ME? Please let me know any thoughts or suggestions you might have.
