Washed out video with Wireless Extender

I've been having an issue with our Avocent Longview Wireless Extender (model LV3500W) when connecting to a laptop. We get an extremely washed out image that is nearly white or close to it. I've tried multiple laptops with the same result. I would also use the same laptop directly connected to the scaler/switcher, and it would display fine.

I've narrowed it down to the wireless extender itself, but the manual doesn't seem to shed any light on it. Any suggestions or ideas would be great.

Have you already adjusted the unit to the monitor with the units OSD?

It should have an auto adjustment as well as manual settings, directions are in the user manual.

On pages 11-12 of the manual, it discusses both how to adjust your video settings automatically and manually (and it reminds you to save the settings). Have you already gone through this process? It sounds as if your brightness or contrast (or both) is set to maximum which should be an easy adjustment.
