Which Trap for New Sinks?

I'm getting two new paint sinks in my shop. The previous install did not have any sort of paint trap. I Googled and searched the forums, but didn't find any specific suggestions for models. Also, the rest of the world doesn't call it a paint trap, right? It's not grease that we're getting filtering out - what am I really looking for?
