Control/Dimming Wholehog 2 erratic flickering desk channels and alarm sound

SO this Wholehog 2 came back from a show, the LD said it was acting weird making his stage was randomly flicker and a buzzer sound came out of the console.
Got it back to the shop, loaded his show, brought up the stage wash cue with dimmer hooked up to test station. And yes when I heard the alarm sound the lights were all flickering with the alarm sound.
I was wondering if anyone has ever had this issue? I am assuming it is a hardware issue, so I am going to start by cleaning all faders and boards.

I would give Highend a call 1.800.890.8989 I have killed hogs in many ways but that is a first for me. Some hogs make a high pitched noise from backlight on the LCD display. I would first do a clean start and make a new show to see if the same thing happens.
