suggestions for a low $$ multi-meter

About 2 x a year I need a multi-meter, mostly to confirm the voltage on a l6-20 or L14-30. Need a recommendation for a good one, preferably under $75.

If you're also looking for something that has a clamp meter in it, I've had this one for about a year and a half and never had any problems. Never had the problems that are mentioned in the reviews.

However, if you're really only looking for voltage, I've had this one for three years or so, had someone drop it from a lift, and had it left out in the rain and its still going strong-

A low cost multimeter could lead to a high cost mistake. Inexpensive may be more than inaccurate, it also speaks to the reliability. I would not want to take a measurement and see no voltage present on a connector even though the connector is live. Cheap meters tend to fail.
