As a college student you can get a free and fully functional (mostly) version. You need to be able to verify with a valid student ID. The Educational edition puts an "Educational Edition" watermark in large letters on the top and bottom of each drawing. As well there are some limitations as to exporting to older versions of VW. Note as well that once you create a file in the educational edition, that watermark travels with the document.
It is a great deal for students to get to know the program and you later get to bitch and moan about how friggin expensive the real version is now that you've graduated and trying to afford it as well as get your career going. At that point you will be doing a search here on CB for free versions that are as good (end sarcasm).
