    LOW Voltage

Checking Line-Neutral and Line-Ground on both phases would be a good first start. And easyest place for this is a 230 outlet at the stove or dryer outlets. For the Line Ground check both the outlet ground and to a physical ground. The Cover plate screw usually is grounded. If you are in doubt...

    Control/Dimming Express 48/96 configuration for non-techs

I have the same tendancy. That is why I love cues. Plus if I get distracted I always have someone nearby who knows to punch the next cue.

    Control/Dimming Express 48/96 configuration for non-techs

I do have multiple dimmers assigned (patched) to channels. I think I will try the single route. 1:Worship 2:Inhibit 3:Service 4:Offering (same as 1) (just to keep flow) Then program different colors in 6 to 20 just to separate them. 24: House whites Seems simple. I still like my...

    Control/Dimming Express 48/96 configuration for non-techs

I still plan to use the cues for myself. I set them up on my computer (i have a few scripts that help with that) and copy them to floppy. I love one button control. On of the reasons I was thinking of going to two scene mode was to give the tweakers complete control. While the service stays...

    Control/Dimming Express 48/96 configuration for non-techs

We have a Express 48/96 that is currently set up as a single scene board. The first 48 channels are controlling the ETC dimmers, of which only dimmers 1-41 are used/wired out. But about 10 of the dimmers (in this range) are not used. The second 48 are currently assign for the few intellegent...

    Mixers/Consoles Behringer SX2442FX Eurodesk (24-Channel)

Just remember they are disposable after the warrenty I have one that is dead on the first 6 channels. Everything else works witout any noise. So I carefully use it as a 18 channel board. It is a standby board so I'm not worried. One I am willing to let others use without my direct involvement...

    Use of cyc lights?

So I can put the footlights away for a special occasion or add an skin tone gel and limit them to low lighting. I think for our church I am shelving them until needed for something special. That will save the pastor a little heat load. Thanks everyone

    Use of cyc lights?

Me Confused? Why of course. I am refering to the cyc light footlights (2 sets of 4 lamps per unit) that are presently being used. I agree that they are washing out what is seen. We have plenty of overhead lighting (Elipsoides, Par64, Fresnel, etc). Quite a bit of which is in need of some sort...

    Use of cyc lights?

I hope this is ok to ask this question here. What would be a good use of a cyc? I ask as I have been tasked with lighting at my church and they are currently using two cycs center on the pastor with no color. At this point I only see them adding a harshness that I think we can do without. Sorry...
