Thanks. I will try it soon.just some more note. Not only cannot be seen on Display monitor; but those missing channels really haven't on the cues. However, I surely those channels should be recorded on certain cues, Group and Effect.

I have a Q file (.ssf) from strand 520i and need to convert it for ETC Gio. I failed to convert the (.ssf) file to be ASCII format through SHOWPORT. I also failed to export it through Palette offline editor. The converted file got all the cues tand time ; but no intensity are shown.Please help!

I used conventional fixtures and Strand 520i for the 1st venue. Now I have a tour where uses ETC Eos and a lots moving lights such VL3000 and S4Revolution. How can I transfer the old (Strand) data to be Eos one? Any problem for the starnd data running with Eos tracking mode? Should I use 1 Eos...
