Control/Dimming how to convert data from Strand 500 to ETC Eos?

I used conventional fixtures and Strand 520i for the 1st venue.
Now I have a tour where uses ETC Eos and a lots moving lights such VL3000 and S4Revolution.
How can I transfer the old (Strand) data to be Eos one?
Any problem for the starnd data running with Eos tracking mode?
Should I use 1 Eos for conventional and another one for moving lights?

You should take your Strand show file (*.ssf) and run it through the Strand ShowPort software on a windows computer. You should be able to get ShowPort from Bobby Harrell's website (I don't have a link at the moment). You can use ShowPort to create an ASCII file which you should then be able to open up in EOS.

As for controlling the moving lights, one EOS should have plenty of power for controlling all the MLs and conventionals on one console. You might want a second facepanel during tech for programming purposes and a second operator, but for playback, one console should be fine.

Since the strand 500 series are inherently tracking consoles, there should be no issue with cue tracking when you move to EOS.
