Control/Dimming How Strand Palette off-line editor export to ASCII file

I have a Q file (.ssf) from strand 520i and need to convert it for ETC Gio.
I failed to convert the (.ssf) file to be ASCII format through SHOWPORT.
I also failed to export it through Palette offline editor.
The converted file got all the cues tand time ; but no intensity are shown.

Please help!
