That 15 pin D-sub connector is for analog backup. EDI consoles at the time had an analog output that could be used in an emergency situation to turn on specific lights. One would turn a keyswitch and the first ten faders on the board would work as analog submasters. From the manual:There...
I used a trackball mouse on the 500 series to navigate the menu structure. Rolling the ball would highlight each different option and left clicking was (I believe) like hitting *.
Late to the party, but if you are looking for an air filter see if you can find anyone selling a Spare Hardware Kit for a CD80SV rack. The part number and contents are:13-199503-010 Spare Hardware Kit-CD80SV Dimmer Rack includes 0-100071 Screw Phillips 10-32 x 1-3/4" - 4 each 0-140046 Screw...
Sorry to bump this post, but I felt I should mention that the Hub board at the Fox is still installed, although the loads are disconnected. I was just there at the beginning of the month loading in the Nutcracker. I'll be back on the 28th and will try to get more pictures if I can.
Go into setup, system settings, and set number of dimmers to 1024. By plugging the MX-4 into port 2, the console is looking for dimmers 513-1024 and not finding them.
You'll need to press Setup {device} and use the add definition option to add in new devices. You'll need to transfer the DDL onto a floppy disk and have the console read it from there.
I'm not going to pretend I understand the intricacies of triplen harmonics, but from what I read the neutral wire should have been rated for 140% over the phasing. If you have 150amps sustained, wouldn't that make effectively 210amps (140%) on the neutral?I'm asking here, cause I genuinely...
A co-worker found this guy while cleaning out our storage space. I can't seem to find any information on it, other than the Coemar stamps on the metal. It puts out a wide swath of light, but I don't know what its intended purpose was. Anyone seen one of these before?
Are you talking about these? They are 5 channel DMX so I would imagine RGBW and dimmer being your five channels. Although I have seen some LED fixtures use the fifth channel as a mode selector. If you patch them as regular DMX channels you may have to bring up two or three channels at a time...
Someone double check my math and correct me if I'm wrong:a 575w/120v lamp will draw 4.79amps at 120v (W=VA)
a 575w/115v lamp will draw 5 amps at 115v (also W=VA)These lamps are designed for a particular resistance at the stated voltage, namely 25.05 Ohms and 23 Ohms respectively (R=V/A)So...
I'm going to ignore for the moment the setup part of all of that. You are correct in your assumption that you will need the Light System Manager in order to program the Ethernet controllers. The keypads are for playback of pre-programmed light shows which you must first create using the LSM...
Wild shot in the dark here...Are you using a fixed IP address for the phone or is it being supplied one by the Time Capsule DHCP? I would imagine that since your LAN devices are using like IP ranges that in order for the wifi network to see the LAN, it would need to be assigned an IP address...
I think DanTt hit it. [GROUP][SUB]# @ /% Enter should let you keep the proportionality of the sub channels while still allowing you to raise and lower levels. At least in theory.
