Problem configuring dimmer in DMXIS

The link in your mail refers to setting the DMX on the lamp, not on the controll program.

If you are talking about addressing the lights and not patching them, you want to set the address of the first fixture to 1 (showing D001). The second to 9 (showing D009). Etc

If I am reading the manual correctly you press button A until it displays the surrender address (doo3. Where 003 is any number ). You press button B and C to set the value to the first DMX value you want that fixture to use, and press button C to tell the fixture you are finished.

That might be it. So the lights themselves should be D001, D009, D017, etc., instead of D001, D002, etc. I think that's likely the problem. Thank you so much for your help!

@dnathan Try looking at it this way: The board spits out data in universes of up to 512 devices. Each device ( Wiggle light, dimmer, fog machine, moving mirror, strobe light, whatever) needs to be given its own unique address.
As an example of HOW NOT TO DO THIS: If you had eight identical wiggle lights, and if they each required 8 DMX device channels for control (Possibly 1; Pan coarse, 2; Pan fine, 3; Tilt coarse, 4; Tilt fine, 5; Red, 6; Green, 7; Blue, 8; Intensity) If you wrongly addressed each fixture to begin at DMX device #1, then control channel 1 on your console would simultaneously control channel 1 on ALL of your eight fixtures, Pan coarse on ALL of your fixtures.
If you wish to control each of your eight fixtures individually, you need to give each fixture its own unique DMX device address.
To look at this another way. If houses in cities were all addressed 1, or 37 or 156, and streets didn't have unique names, the post office would have an insurmountable problem delivering everyone's mail to the correct recipient. (And that's before they have to concern themselves with wind, rain, sleet or snow.)
When your control console sends out data for device control channel 53 on Universe #1, any / all devices addressed as 53 on universe 1 will respond, whether you wanted them to or not.
Is this becoming any clearer? Let us know if we can confuse you any further.
Toodleoo!
