2-way Radio Service Provider in the San Francisco Bay Area

We've been using Motorola BPR40s and BC10 radios for the last decade but our supplier's service has gone from poor to abysmal.

I was wondering if anyone has experience with someone who sells and services handheld walkies around San Francisco that they'd like to recommend. I've got a couple that I'm getting in contact with, but if anyone has any suggestions I'd really appreciate the pointer.
