Why do you ask? Are you 240/230v in feeding it? Given your info... can't tell where you are from. Overall, if in the U.S., no if you want to dim it on 120v dimmers, getting a 240v S-4 fixture isn't what would be best for you.
That said.. most S-4 fixtures shoudl be pre-set up for what ever voltage and type of lamp you should want to put in it. The fixture itself don't care what lamp is in it, only a question about the lamp you install. Given this concept of universal fixtures and holes for roll pins instaled into the base to outfit any voltage or type of lamp... the Euro and US versions of the fixture should be the same. Are Euro verion's cheaper than those domestically available given shipping back to the U.S.?
Thinking a moot point given both fixtures are the same fixture all dependant on lamp to the best of my knowledge. Same fixture.

Just be aware that a 240V Source Four is going to be slightly less efficient than its 115V or 120V brothers, due to the longer filament of the 240V lamp. The longer filament means that less light can be collected by the optical system.
