Your first mistake was stating your location as Guangdong (China) when the IP address you're using resolves to Brahmapur, India, approx 3000km away. You're excused. You're also BANNED.

If you have a legitimate reason for your IP not matching your stated location, send an email to webmaster@controlbooth and he'll reverse the ban.
