Most tents that size have little loops built in that make pulling rope lights through pretty simple and it's usually part of the rental.

This looks just like a fundraising event I did a couple weeks ago, I didn't have the hanging globes though, and I was projecting a slide show on the top at one end. That's cool to be featured like that. Congrats Bill!
