I have 24 smart pro color scrollers with fan. 7 of them work great off of one rosco PSU 200.
I have two other sets of them (4 each on a boom with one rosco PSU 200 each set of four... opposite sides of the theatre).
All are on the same DMX universe (1-512) (ETC ethernet nodes).
Problem- these two sets of 4 scrollers keep losing their color. After a cue or a sub with the scrollers is set, around 1 minute to 5 minutes later the scrollers lose their set color and the units reset to the first slot (no color). My other set of Apollo scrollers does not do this.
If set in a cue and I run the sub up and down that these scrollers and a set color are programmed to, the scrollers will reset and run to their proper color as set in the cue. But then a few minutes later they lose it again and the scrollers reset to no color.
Any idea on why this is happening?
