Artnet & Nicolaudie Based Products (Sunlite, Compu Show, Etc)

I am trying to get Artnet working with my Nicolaudie Sunlite Suite 2 FC Controller.

According to all of the docs, I can output to 4 Artnet Universes.

I have real the manual and followed all of the instructions for turning this on and setting it up but get the following error every time:

Warning Hardware Detection.
Interface found but not set up in the DMX patch
SUITE2 FC Serial: <my serial#> ip : xxx.xxx.xxx.10

What am I missing?

Also, do we have the ability to set the IP address to something we want or are we limited to 2.xxx.xxx.xxx as the docs mention?

This cannot be that difficult or limited... can it?

OK, I finally got this working...

What the manual and videos don't tell you is that you have to have 2 items in the Output Hardware list:

Your USB or USB/Ethernet Interface as well as Artnet.

My problem was self induced because I didn't look close enough at the hardware list and had put the USB Sunlite FC interface (which I don't have) in rather than the USB/Ethernet Sunlite FC (which is what I have)..
