Bay area carpenter/welder

Hey all,
I've been working around the sf bay area for the he last few years, free lance and full time. For the last year I've been the TD and master carpenter at a small community college in antioch, in addition to my various on-call work.

I joined this forum in order to find advice and info for some of the more puzzling challenges my program produces.
