ETC Element would be the natural direct replacement.
ETC Ion XE 20 would give you 20 faders and also encoders, which are an asset when working with moving lights.
Both should have enough outputs for most anything a typical community theatre organization can afford. That said, my community theatre is spoiled but can still fit our LEDs, MLs, and conventionals into 4 universes, although we sometimes blow past that limit when working with pixel strings that can eat up universes like a super-massive black hole.
