Eurydice, String Room

I don't know if this maybe goes under scenery, but it seems to be more an effect. I'm wondering if anyone has suggestions for doing the string room in Eurydice. Our set is basically platforms and ramps at different angles and heights, so there's nothing necessarily to attach it to. We don't have a fly, but I think we can rig something if we have to.

Anyone have any ideas they've tried or seen? Thanks a bunch.

we got lucky in that we had a column to use but we kept it simple. Maybe you could do something similar and have some kind of portable upright that is in a similar design to what you've got elsewhere on stage that can be set up to attach the string to? Either something that can be hidden inside the set somewhere or just get pulled from off stage maybe? Just a base and a 1x4. Or maybe if you're on ramps is there one that has a rake large enough that the floor is easily seen by the audience? you could lay the house of string out on the floor rather than having it go vertical.
