I tried searching for this but couldn't find anything. I just got a rental of a GrandMA for my space. I've been renting the console occasionally for the last 2 years, and every time I've gotten it, it has always been plug and play with the network. For some reason, this time, I can't get it to control any of my lights. The theatre has a shownet network that connects the dimmers and a bunch of nodes throughout the space. The console is saying that dmx over ethernet is enabled, and I have shownet enabled but I still can't get anything to output. Does anyone have any ideas on how I can get the board to connect to the network? Everything is physically set up the same way that I always set it up.
