1. Scenic. The top (teaser/border) horizontal portion of a portal, i.e. not the legs. A horizontal structural framing member above an opening in a wall.
2. Electronics. A connector whereby wires are first attached to a removable IDC or screw-terminal block, then the block plugs into a PCB.
