I am living in a small town not too far from Atlanta. We have a community theater group that has relied on the kindness of strangers for over 30 years. Now the strangers need too much money for us to rely on them anymore. We're actively looking for a "real" home. We are currently looking at a warehouse type building, about 5000 sq. ft. It's tempting but there are financial hoops to jump through to get there. We are controlled by a board of directors and are a registered nonprofit run entirely by volunteers.
And that's about it. I'm glad I found this forum and look forward to mining it for lots of info in the future.
