If You would like to post questions go to the forum your interested in and hit the new thread button up left. Control booth is a pretty awesome educational and professional site, I personally have been a member for the past three years. Most recently I've been using the Wiki section to help find definitions for a certification test I've got coming up. Anytime I have a design or Electrical question that is just too big or too weird to tackle alone I run it by these guys, and I also try to help out when somebody has a question that I know the answer to.
