Any idea what this is? In the tech booth of a local community college. Operator sits on far side; took this through the glass. Looks like an antique.

That is a very well maintained board. I bet if you got in there the label will still be on the board somewhere.

2; If you press down on the channel graduations, (Not the actuating handles, the scales themselves) do the scales depress slightly with the distinctive click of a micro-switch ala the quite similar British Thorn Q-File and Strand Century IDM [Instant Dimmer Memory] Cue from the very early 1970's?

Lots of copying of lighting consoles in the era of this one. I'd say basic two scene preset with submasters. Strand, Kliegle, Electro Controls, Hub, ...
