Firstly, welcome to the Booth! Please stop by the New Member Board and introduce yourself.
Is it one quad module that isn't working or 4 different circuits in the rack? Can you control the lights from the
processor but not the board or not at all? On the C21
processor, use the arrow keys to scroll to local control, then find one of the circuits and change "input" to "100" and hit enter. Does the
circuit come on then?
PS make sure you go back to the
processor and set the
circuit you changed back to "input" or you won't get control back.
If it is a slot in the rack not working, WITH THE
POWER OFF!, remove the module and shine a flashlight onto the backplane. You are looking for burnt or corroded wires that are going into the
receptacle the module slides into. Often the sockets will go bad, and no longer make a good connection. Check the back of the module as well and see if any of the pins are black or crispy looking.
