I have a etc element and 3 high end system trackspots. I cannot get the trackspots to respond to any dmx signal either from their profile on the board or a separate dmx channels. I have tried a direct link from the out of the board to the light. i know the cable works as i use it to run 2 studio spot 250s. the lights work fine in self test or sound active but are a no go in dmx. Any ideas
