Hi, I'm Chris and my job in the next two days is to find out what are the best materials for and best way to construct a new floor for our high school theater! I live in Downeast Maine and work at the local high school in special ed. In my spare time, I direct, assist with costuming, props, hair and makeup - you name it - for the theatre and show choir productions. In the summer I teach acting to kids and costume summer theater shows.

With out any specific information on your space, budget, or shows, I would encourage you to check out Masonite for your floor. There are many other options as well.
