Wireless Identify the receiver

Now I'm sorry I didn't get pictures, but I'm wondering if someone knows off the top of their head...

It was Shure, half RU (or fitted in half RU, didn't look closely enough to check it had ears), blue front panel and a bevelled top. UHF, possibly fixed frequency. Not sure what other details I'll be able to remember...

Give me a couple of days to go by the HS and I'll let you know model number. They have one mounted on a plate in a rack. Sounds like the same dimensions.

EDIT: What I saw at the HS was a model T4A-cc. This one happens to be a VHF Model with 2 telecscopic antennas on top and looks identical to the ebay link Sharon posted.
