i just reciently started to work for a club they have 4 chauvet intimidator 250 arch lamps. One of them keeps acting up. The internal components to the head such as the shutter, gobo wheel, prism, and color stop listening to commands after awhile, it is completely random, the light will work then not work then work agian. So if i say rotate threw the color wheel and it stops responding I cant get it to go to white, it just keeps rotating threw. I tried to home the light do factory restores on the light. The only thing that fixes the problem is powering it down and back up. The pan, tilt and lamp responed to dmx just fine.
