Is there another retailer besides stage light that sells the k9 pup par's? If not does anybody have any recomendations of low budget color changing LED's?

Dozens of options in that department. What kind are you looking for other than the k9 pups? Cant even find those on Google...

What are trying to do with? If you are looking to match them in a stage plot you could be looking in the wrong direction.
