Control/Dimming Lanta Orion

Hi All,

I recently purchased some Lanta Orion Aspect Tri Color washes Lanta Lighting? Products
and am currently using standard 54 channel dmx controller desk to control them. Ideally I would like a foot controller to do this, as in full on, strobe and black out. The shop I purchased the lights from tell me that this is not possible, but I'm holding out hope that they may be wrong or unaware of something out there. If anyone has any ideas that would be great. Thanks in advance.

Puremule, tell us more about this "standard 54 channel dmx controller desk." Make/model? Whether or not a foot pedal can be used is much more dependent on the controller than what fixtures it is controlling.

Perhaps something from this thread will help: http://www.controlbooth.com/forums/lighting-electrics/18158-dmx-midi-control.html . MIDI is one way to achieve foot pedal control, but there may be other options; again, depending on the controller.
