Definitely lowest cost. Call ETC with your project number and I'll bet they will explain it all.

I don't recall if you have to key this in or if you can set what you want on console and record on cem. I think you can snapshot.

That looks very much like the Fleenor Pre-10 which is the big brother to the E2 mentioned above. The biggest differences are the button count and the brand, I doubt Spring Tree is the actual manufacturer, so I suspect an imported knockoff. I see they also sell the Fleenor and Interactive Technology products that I have used repeatedly. The IT "Scene Station" communicate between themselves wirelessly, so they can make installation easier if you want multiple button locations.
