Think about it... Would Martin (or any reputable manufacturer) build something that could so easily be damaged by a simple mistake? During cal, when a function meets an obstruction, the software senses the stalled motor, throws an error (in this case TIER--TIlt ERror), and disables that function. Once given a hard reset, perhaps even a soft reset, the units will be fine. Just don't make a habit of it. Good teachable moment.
