Martin Rush Troubleshooting

I have a Martin Rush MH1Profile Plus that is registering a Gobo 1 reset error. When the unit starts up the gobo wheel does not register the open slot, so when you bring up a gobo it will land split between two slots. A reset command to the unit fixes the issue, however I am looking for a permanent fix for the issue. Anyone one out there able to help talk me through troubleshooting the issue?

Here.s a dumb question? Have you called Tech Dept at Martin?
 
Martin used to have 24/7 Full Tech Support.

I've actually called Martin (after hours on a Weekend) during an event where I couldn't figure out the issue.

The Martin Tech called me back with the hour. He was extremely thorough giving me set-by-set testing metering diagnosis over the Phone.

I've heard that Harmon/JBL doesn't maintain this high level of Tech Support.
