I'm looking for suggestions for DMX software, preferably for a MAC, but I can use parallels if needed I guess. Needs to be timeline based so I can program/sync lights with backing tracks. Also needs to be midi controllable(from Reaper or Live) and would like it to have a good visualizer, and a FX generator...I'm a complete newbie in all this......would like to stay around $500 total cost if possible, but I may spend more if needed.......I've looked at showxpress, lumidesk, daslight, sunlite, D-pro, Chamsys, Compushow...
