Non-staining Veloute

Does anyone have a recipe for a non-staining Veloute (French white sauce) that can be spilled onto an actor in a wool suit and not need the suit dry-cleaned after every run? We are etching Don't Dress for Dinner and can not come up with anything that does not stain or smell. Thanks.
