Control/Dimming NSI TLC-16 MIDI Controls

I'm trying to program a NSI TLC-16 Light Controller. I was told I could set the scenes and the brightess using a keyboard with MIDI out (??) If so, does anyone have the commands for this? I can't find this info on NSI/Leviaton's website. Any help?

You were told wrong. You CAN access programs stored in the TLC-16 via Midi Notes, but you'll have to do the programming yourself.
