I use an online company called StageSpot for most of my needs... I have gotten PAR16s from them before - they are the ProCan labeled ones. They were about $24 in black or silver. I know the cost more if you add connectors, but I needed them without connectors for a gig I was doing.

Update: The ones I got seem to be good quality (the brand is Optima). They feel pretty sturdy. The back of one wouldn't stay on, but I squeezed the little tabs a bit and now it fits tight. There's some scratches on the yoke that look like they've been colored over by a Sharpie, but other than that they are pretty clean. The gel frame is a bit flimsy, it looks like it would break if you opened it too far (I'm not sure where to get a replacement if you did break one though). I've ordered some lamps on ebay, I can't wait to try them out.

It's funny, these actually feel more sturdy than a lot of PAR64's I've handled.
